InSUPire Power Yoga

Join Susanne for a 75 minute Power Yoga class at Sacred Space. This class is packed full with a sequence of poses that will stretch your muscles, build your strength, sweat out your toxins, and calm your mind. The class includes (but not limited to) sun salutations, twisting, balance, back bends, inversions and folding poses. The class is designed to meet you at your edge whether this is your first class or your 1,000th class. You will walk away feeling lighter and energized.
