Art Journaling Youth

In this two hour workshop, participants will be introduced to the practice of art journaling. As a group, we will move through different stages (reflection, writing, creating) with time for both instruction and individual practice. This workshop is designed for journalers of all skill and experience levels; art journaling is more about play and fun than any particular style or artistic approach. First-timers and hundredth-timers will all be welcomed and supported. Though we will have opportunities for voluntary sharing, the personal nature of journaling means that no one will be required to share their art or writings. All materials will be available for your use during the workshop, and you will receive a personalized journal to take home with you.

This session is reserved for children ages 8-12 years of age.
